I am looking for a Catholic Church that has a kid's room that can also see the church service. I live in Annandale and I am trying to find a place where my two kids won't disrupt the service. Any ideas in Annandale, Falls Church, Springfield, Arlington, etc? TIA |
I think, but am not certain, St. Thomas Moore in Arlington has one. http://www.cathedralstm.org/

I haven't used it, but I've seen signs indicating that there is a nursery option at St. James Church in Falls Church. |
St John in McLean has one |
They are usually co-ops where you take a turn being in the room. |
St Charles Barromeo in Arlington has two great baby/ kids rooms. It is a blessing with a wiggly toddler. |
St. Ambrose has one. |
At St. James, the nursery is separate from the church service. They do their own service for the kids.
St. Philips (Falls Church, Fairfax County) has a glass wall that separates the narthex from the sanctuary and seating in the narthex. |
St. Charles borromeo in Clarendon is fantastic. Two full kids rooms and a separate liturgy for children of all ages, and still lots of children still sit in the pews with their parents because all are welcome to worship even those who are a bit noisier than others. Sunday service at 9:30 and 11:00. |
st ambrose in woodburn rd has one. |
St. John the Beloved in McLean has a glass-walled cry room right off the sanctuary where you can see and hear the mass, although I seem to remember lots of kids and babies right in the sanctuary too. The noon high mass is beautiful, although very very conservative, if that's not your thing. |
