Reserving Royal Lake Park Picnic Area, Fairfax

Last year we held DD's birthday party at a park in Fairfax. We wanted to do the same this year, but at a different park, Royal Lake, in Fairfax. However, I'm having no luck finding a phone number, or online reservation form for the picnic area there, as we did the previous year for Ratcliffe Park. Can anyone help?
