Was it the preschool or PreK list that still had siblings on it? If my DS has a good WL # for PS, does he have a shot or should I write it off?

Last year, all 18 spots in the PS class were taken by siblings. Doubt there will be much movement.

The PS has 3 siblings on its waitlist. I doubt that there'll be much movement.

Your only hope would be someone moving mid-year. I would call every month during the school year - if you don't like your other options and you wouldn't mind moving mid-year.

Calling is definitely a good idea. I know that a new student joined my child's class sometime in January or February.
