How much do you tip the bus driver?

I take the bus regularly to and from NY, and I've been wondering for a while how much I should be tipping the drivers. I see that not all the passengers do tip them, so I know it's not required, but for those who do, how much do you give? I'm thinking here of the Bolt, Vamoose, Tripper, etc.
