Yeah, because only Boehner is responsible for this mess. They all are. The Democrats failed to do their job as well here.

They may be serious about arrests. At a DCVote demonstration, where a bunch of us tried to talk to Boehner at his house, a guy in a suit stopped a small group from going to knock on his door. A few minutes later, I went over to ask the guy who he was and what authority he had.

A capitol policeman came over and told me who he was, but not who the other guy was. I said to the cop that it was the other guy I was asking about and put my hand on the guy's shoulder to show who I meant. The cop told me to get my hand off him or I'd be arrested for assault.

I laughed and said "You're joking!" But I took my hand off the guy, since I had put it there unconsciously After the fact, I wondered what the legalities are of a policeman intervening in a non-threatening situation (I'm over 60, this guy was an athletic looking young man with a secret service look) with no complaint from the supposed victim.

Anyhow, my point is that these guys seem primed to make arrests.
