| We are going to a large Passover dinner and were asked to bring one or the other but I want to bring one of each. I believe there will be about 5 families there...what would you suggest? |
| Balduccis usually makes a yummy chocolate torte for Passover. For an app, what about hummus and/or a roasted red pepper dip with matzo crackers and veggies. |
Many people do not eat hummus/chick peas or other legumes on Passover, so I'd stay away from that. I agree that chocolate mouse cake or other flourless tortes would be your best dessert bet. For appetizer, if you want to go with a twist on traditional, you cando this layered gefilte fish. Its super easy and delish. Plus it looks fancy. http://www.grouprecipes.com/70963/tri-color-three-layer-gefilte-fish.html |

Mini latkes for an app
Fruit and chocolate dip (with a box of jelly rings!) for dessert |

Homemade macaroons(the kind with coconut). Super easy and everyone loves them. You can make the kind with chocolate chips.
