child psychologist (for 3-year-old) in/close to DC who takes insurance?

my son's regular pediatrician recommended a few people, but none of them take our insurance (Aetna). we're already going out of network for a developmental pediatrician and an occupational therapist, so if we can keep it in-network for the psychologist it would be great (assuming we can find a good one).

DS has some anger management issues and social integration issues.
