Fairfax county mulch: have you used it?

| We'd like to use Fairfax County mulch (seems more eco friendly than buying hardwood mulch) but it's for flower beds and I'm concerned about increasing weeds there. Did you use it and get more weeds? |

| We haven't had a problem with weeds and have used it for a few years now. Good luck! |
