anyone have experience with Nancy Retter, Mary Stevens, or Faustina Barker for in-home daycare?

We've settled that we're definitely going the in-home daycare route and these are the 3 most convenient locations for us so I was hoping to start there but was hoping to hear some positives/negatives about any of these places if anyone has either had their children there or even just checked them out. has anyone used Faustina Barker for daycare? I was looking on the social services website for a provider but i see that she has only been inspected once so something must have happened, like she closed her in home daycare or something, between when OP posted her original query and 2016 because otherwise there would be continuous inspections. her latest inspection looks really good to me so that's what initially prompted me to search here for personal experiences or references as to her care.
