Super easy and delicious - combine 1# ground turkey (NOT turkey breast) with 3 diced green onions, 1/4 c. crumbled feta, 2 T. chopped herbs (parsley, basil, mint are all great), a dash of cinnamon and cumin, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties, grill on BBQ or in pan until brown and flip - cook until cooked though (about 5-7 minutes/side).

DH got one from America's Test Kitchen - it's the BEST!

the frozen ones from costco are great on the grill

be sure to use 93/7 lean ground turkey, nothing leaner. I just add some bbq sauce, chopped onion, and garlic salt, and they're very juicy and flavorful.

I use ground turkey (not breast - too dry) olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper - delicious!

Grate in some zucchini, include an egg, and some breadcrumbs. Ou turkey burgers are never dry!

adding chopped fresh mushrooms to any recipe also keeps them from getting dry.

I think this is the recipe that uses ricotta to keep the burger moist.
