Ethical, humane, cruelty-free dairy products

Does this exist? We get milk and eggs from South Mountain Creamery, but cannot get information whether they are truly humane and cruelty-free. My guess is that they are not. Does anyone know a small farmer somewhere who will sell truly "excess" milk that a calf isn't drinking from its mother?

You must have formula fed if you think that's how lactation works.
