Quick and delish snacks

Anonymous
I posted the post below in the Bacon Cupcake thread and I've thought of another easy snack I've been eating that I wanted to add -- warm flour tortillas until they're floppy, spread with cream cheese and add some smoked salmon. (I buy the inexpensive packages of small smoked salmon pieces from Trader Joe's. I know, I know.) Roll it up and eat it as a wrap. Takes about 60 seconds and it's like eating a little gourmet snack or lunch.

What have you been eating besides the usual?

Is this post for real? Because every single food you mention is an enduring classic. But if you are really looking for new, interesting snack, here are a few I've been eating lately:

Chopped pecans in a small bowl mixed with a few tbsp. of blue cheese dressing and some garlic powder. Eat with a spoon. Yum.

Plain yogurt (I use Seven Stars Farms because it is THE BEST) mixed with a sliced banana, some dried cranberries and slivered almonds. Also yum.

Huge bunch of basil, a few cloves of garlic and a small bit of olive oil blended with my stick blender then mixed with mayo. I ate that slathered on toast for several days. Delish.

I'll post other oddball snacks I've had lately when they come to mind.
