Good place for eyebrow wax in Silver Spring, Rockville

I really need to do my eyebrows but I'm done with the little neighborhood spas, after being burned twice.

I'd like something a little more upscale but still relaxed. Can anyone recommend a place?

Cindy Nails on Rockville Pike just south of Old Georgetown Road. It is not upscale be any means, but it is fabulous. Ask for Mai. You will get the best brows you have ever had and it will cost you $15.
