| I'm getting ready to open a large can of plain pumpkin puree for a recipe that only needs 3/4 cup of pumpkin and would like to find ways to use the rest. Anyone have good recipes that call for unsweetened, pureed pumpkin? TIA. |

Thanks! I am actually opening the can to make the pumpkin pasta recipe from the Wash. Post recipe booklet. I'm going to try your soup recipe. What kind of cheese? Thanks again! And thanks to all the other PPs, too! (Just not in a sweet mood for some reason.) |
