CogAT scores - percentile vs. 1xx

Does anyone happen to know how CogAT scores compare, percentile vs. the numeric score Fairfax uses? Alexandria reports in percentiles ... just wondering if the tests are the same and simply reported differently. I've heard folks suggest that in Fairfax a score of 130 has been in past years the cut off for AAP - does anyone happen to know what percentile that would be?
