Looking for daycare recommendations in Silver Spring/Kensington/Wheaton area

My husband and I are expecting our first child in early October so we have started the search for infant care beginning in January 2012. Does anyone have recommendations of places in the Wheaton/Kensington/Silver Spring area?

My kids went to her and she was wonderful with them. I still hire her to occasionally babysit on weekends. She's near the Forest Glen metro on Dennis Ave.

SSPC Children's Ctr is Silver Spring offers infant care and it's a lovely program.

I also LOVE Karasik which is near Holy Cross Hospital. They currently start at 2 years old but are expanding starting this summer to include infants and toddlers.

We have been very happy with Bright Eyes at Viers Mill ES. It is reputable, and we feel like the school environment makes it a little safer. A lot of the teachers send their kids there.
