Developmental Ped. in Northern Virginia?

Are there any that you all could recommend? This would be for my 6 yr old with SPD. He also has undiagnosed growth issues. He was Failure To Thrive at 2yrs old and has finally gotten back on the charts, but is still very, very small.

We will have Kaiser Permanente insurance so someone in-network would be ideal, but we will pay out of pocket for a great doc.
