Yea....I couldn't figure it out. I listened to some of the interview on the way to an appointment today. Painful. It was really obvious something was off - not exactly slurring words, but not fully pronouncing them. Going way too fast. Losing his cool too many times. That's not what you are supposed to do when you are promoting your stuff, and Stern is known for in-depth interviews that take their time and get people relaxed and conversational. Affleck sounded manic.

Would not be surprised if he was bipolar and drinking is his way of self-medicating. TBH it tracks with the way Garner describes his behavior.

JLos kids seem fine. She keeps them out of the spotlight and she has a great relationship with her own mom. That’s very grounding for children of celebrities.

I don't think she necessarily keeps them out of the spotlight though....I know more about emme than I think i should (that she wrote a book, colored her hair blue, worries about her mom, was in mom's documentary talking about missing her father because parents were divorcing, etc. ) Her son is less known....both children were on the cover of people magazine when they were born...and there were recent pics of their outings with afflects kids trick or treating...that's not really keeping them out of the spotlight. They're on her Instagram too

Her kids are def not out of the spotlight. Pretty sure Emme has performed with her a decent number of times. She’s a better singer than her mom although that isn’t hard. There were also staged paparazzi pictures with the kids and Ben like two second after they started dating again. They seem pretty well adjusted though so whatevs.

She is attracted to macho alpha males. Remember: she didn’t dump him the first time around. She tolerated his bad behavior.

She and Ben are cut from the same cloth: they prioritize their own happiness. It works for them since they prioritize their couple-hood: constantly on kid-free vacations, out enjoying themselves, etc. Neither one prioritizes their kids. Does he even work anymore?

Mostly agree with this. But J lo doesn’t drink and that alone is a step in the right direction for him.

She likes her boyfriend makeovers that's a given. Recall her speaking to his back tattoo maybe 18 months ago (maybe on watch what happens live, I can't remember). She didn't miss a beat in expressing her critiques...too colorful, too large, not cool. Wondering how she will cope with this embarassment.

He's naturally quite pale, his hair is not completely his own, his weight fluctuates wildly and he can alternately look bloated or gaunt within a two week period. His changing appearance reflects his inner instability in my opinion....emotionally but also with food and booze. Overall to me always looks a bit off because of his tanner and those ever changing factors. His clothes too...he can be photographed looking like a slob or a gq model. No middle ground sometimes with him.

Have rarely seen another male celebrity whose appearance can vascillate as wildly and obviously. Maybe it's just that he's photographed more between projects, not sure.
