In his condition. Weight loss is not a good thing — it could be a sign that his body is starting to fail. It’s also hard to tell about his coloring, since he uses makeup.

Oh wow. Yes, that definitely looks like facial droop.

My mother is of a similar age, with a similar amount of health issues. She had good days, and on a good day she could manage a staff in carrying out a complicated task within her wheelhouse. (Not that I believe managing war operations is in Trump’s skillset even on a good day, but for the sake of argument…) But there’s no way she could do it on a day when her face and eyes were looking like that. No way.
