Cooking Class Recommendations

My wife's birthday is coming up. Since she really enjoys cooking, I was thinking about getting her some cooking class sessions. We live in Tenleytown/AU area, of DC, so I would prefer someplace near us or someplace Metro accessible. She works, so nighttime/evening classes a must.

Not in DC, but I gave my husband a gift certificate to L'Aademie de Cuisine (in Bethesda) for his bday and he really enjoyed the cooking classes he's taken there so far.

Culinaerie, on 14TH street, near the McPherson Square metro has great cooking classes!

Sur la Table has cooking classes. Hill's Kitchen does too, which is not in your area but it's next to Eastern Market metro.
