Anyone else a fan of America's Test Kitchen 30 Minute Suppers?

No, I don't work for them, but I just ordered a few old issues from them and most of the recipes are great. Instead of looking through my many cookbooks for ideas I now just turn to these. Tonight we're having flank steak in oyster sauce with red peppers and snow peas. Yum!

ATK absolutely rocks. I always pick up their 30 minute meals or quick and fast or whatevery they call it when it shows up in the stores. I'm embarassed to say how many of their cookbooks I have. (soft cover, hard cover and binder style) I can't think of a recipe that was bad from them. I love their tv show. I also get Cook's Illustrated Magazine and some of those cookbooks too.

They are my go to on almost everything. I also subscribe to the website. HMMMM . . I might have a problem.

I didn't know about the 30 minute meals! But am definitely going to look for it now. I own the entire back catalog of Cook's Illustrated in bound form (Christmas gift one year once I discovered it and loved it) and LOVE it. Glad there are other fans out there...

I have the Cook's Illustrated 30 minute meals cookbook and I LOVE IT! We just had homemade clam chowder for dinner and the 5 year old and 2 year old devoured it. Cook's Illustrated/America's Test Kitchen/Cook's Country rock my world. I know they're not haute cuisine, but at least I'm feeding my family actual meals!
