Bright Horizon CDC (Rockville)

Just wondering, is this CDC closed on Fridays? They don't have hours of operation displayed for Fridays on their website. I just find it really hard to believe that a CDC is only operational 4 days a week. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Also, has anyone else found communication with this CDC to be extremely frustrating? No email replies and no followups of phone calls to the Center itself.

They are open Mon-Friday. I am surprised you are having trouble with email. The director has been responsive so far in my experience.

I have the same problem in contacting this CDC. I called more than 3 times, but couldn't talk or get followups from the director. No email response either.
