FB "like" link at bottom of thread page

Anonymous
I read DCUM almost exclusively on my smartphone (It's how I pass the time while BF). Several times, I have accidentally hit the "like this on FB" link since it is so close to the link to return to the forum. Kind of embarrassing when it shows up on my FB page, depending on what I've been reading. Does this happen to anyone else? Is there any way to move this link to another location on the page?

Aack! Yes, it just happened to me last night. Fortunately, I caught it and was able to "unlike" quickly. It definitely was not a topic to "like".

Do you have to be signed in to facebook at the time for that to happen? I always sign out.

Ugh! It's now right under the "Post Reply" button.

Where would you like it to be?

I suggest at the top of the page, right hand, where it can't accidentally be hit when you go to "Post reply"

OP here, I agree with PP

So embarrassing. I once accidentally liked a TTC post... And I'm single with no boyfriend or kids!!! I'm a nanny but still, I was mortified. It was about people being sad they haven't conceived and I was lurking. It was SO embarrassing!!!

I keep liking things instead of posting replies--terrible!

This happened to me, too! I was mortified.
It had been on my FB page a while before I noticed it so now I check constantly. Thankfully it wasn't a super-embarrassing topic.

OP here. Dammit, I did it again!!

can this be changed? Just make the buttons further apart.

Hasn't happened to me but I'm sure it will at some point... they should be on opposite sides! What if I "liked" the 'no libido' thread I just clicked on?? Eek.
