| The president of American University got canned a few years ago (2005 or 2006?) for his lavish spending. The UDC students should do some research and see what arguments worked in that case. I think one of the biggies was throwing an engagement bash for his son, using university caterers and venue. Even then, there were those who defended him, saying that his fundraising record gave him carte blanche for this sort of thing. To no avail. Of course, Ladner walked away with a lovely shiny golden parachute, but at least he was gone. |

What is even more hilarious is that Kwame Brown, as head of the DC Council, is supposed to be the one heading the investigation!
