need ideas for ground turkey dinner tonight

I have 1 lb ground turkey I'd like to use. I want something warm and hearty; maybe a casserole?

I have marinated artichoke hearts, a jar of green olives; a lot of different cheeses and dairy products (cream, sour cream, yogurt); fresh spinach; onions, garlic, celery, mushrooms; and a pretty full pantry. No other meat to speak of.

Ideas?

I would make a Hamburger Helper knock-off, one-pan sauce with all of the ingredients you mentioned combined with cooked macaroni. Sounds good!!

I like to use ground turkey to make taco salads. I use the regular taco seasoning mix, romaine lettuce, and whatever other fixings one prefers.

I use it in lasagna; you could add the veggies, like the spinach and it would be delicious. Our brown it and serve spaghetti.
