I have been bringing my children to Bobbies Daycare Learning Center (www.bobbiesdaycare.com) since my daughter was just a few months old. It has been an amazing experience - she treats the children in her care like family, and even though the center is an in-home daycare, they have been receiving a pre-school education from day 1.
Miss Bobbie has flexible hours and offers part-time care. She and her staff are patient, professional and caring... my kids can't wait to go in the morning, talking about what projects they will do and what they will learn in 'circle time'. They have formed great friendships and learned so much in the last two years! A few of the older children are leaving to head off to kindergarten, so right now there are a few openings available for part or full-time care. If you live in Clarksburg, Boyds, Germantown or Gaithersburg Miss Bobbie's might be a great fit for you. Please feel free to drop me a line (julianne @sonicpromos.com) if you have questions, or call her for an interview at 301-540-1797. Julianne |

I too have been using Bobbie's Daycare Learning Center for my daughter who is now 10 months old and wanted to post an endorsement of Miss Bobbie's school. Several of her preschoolers are moving on to kindergarten this summer and she once again has some openings for 2+ year olds and one infant opening (I think).
I have been extremely pleased with the care my daughter has received from Miss Bobbie and her assistant teachers. She is always happy to be dropped off in the morning and the other children excitedly greet her by name everyday. I love that she is exposed to older children instead of being in a single-age room like in most daycare centers. She has thrived and hit all of her developmental milestones on-time or early and I think the daycare environment has been instrumental in her development. I am always impressed by how well-behaved the children are and how happy everyone seems. I saw Julianne's post above when I was searching for daycare options while pregnant and contacted her with some specific questions. If anyone would like to contact me I'd be happy to give you more information about our experience. I highly recommend Miss Bobbie's daycare center if you're looking for care in the Germantown, Boyds, Clarksburg area. ~Jenny (drjennyp@yahoo.com) |

Previous poster just updating the thread re: Bobbie's Daycare Learning Center. My daughter turned 2 in August and we are still very happy with Miss Bobbie's. She is thriving, learning new things every day and happy to go to "school" in the mornings.
Miss Bobbie informed me that she currently has a few openings for toddlers and an infant spot. If anyone is looking for daycare/preschool in the Germantown, Clarksburg or Boyds area (near Milestone shopping center), I highly recommend Miss Bobbie's. And I'm happy to talk to anyone who might have questions or want more information. My email is drjennyp@yahoo.com |
| My daughter has been at Miss Bobbie's since she was an infant (4 yo now). We have been very pleased with all aspects of the care and education she has received. Miss Bobbie now has a Facebook page with photos of the center (https://www.facebook.com/bobbiesdaycarelearningcenter). I think she has immediate openings for infants and preschool aged children. I'm already sad that we'll be transitioning our daughter to kindergarten in only one year! |
| We have been sending lour daughter to Bobbies daycare center since she was 18 months. I have to say she is fantastic! My daughter has learned a lot there and has a all round development. Would highly recomend her. |
| Hi Bobbie. |
It's so obvious. I'm embarrassed for her. |

Please don't believe the first reviews on here. As previous posters pointed out, it's more than likely Bobbie who is making these posts about herself. She is rude and unprofessional.

| Do NOT believe the reviews on here. Bobie absolutely wrote the majority of these. We had to pull our son out of her daycare after 4 days. She was over feeding our son to keep him quiet. She kept trying to convince me that he started eating almost triple of what he usually does within 1 day of being in her care. Her communication is also horrible. She told me multiple times that I can call or text her throughout the day to check on him, and she ignored me texts all together. I'm also certain she's understaffed, as we have ever only seen one helper with her, Clearly breaking state law. For your child's sake, I'm begging you to explore other options. As a first time mom, this experience was a nightmare! Her "20 years of experience" is an absolute joke! |
