| I had a natural birth at a birthing center in DC and I was "naturally induced" with castor oil (water broke). It tastes pretty nasty, they had me mix it with ice-cream. It worked wonders, it induced labor AND it worked as laxative as well... Don't think I would have deliberately chosen the laxative properties during labor, but, to answer your question: yes, it does work. |

| It is enough to make you gag. Why take castor oil when she could use ground flax seed every day and sprinkle in on any food. |
