miscarriage at 6weeks 1 day after ivf (2nd) - how soon can I start again?

Dr. has encouraged me to let it pass naturally - any idea how soon this will happen? He said about a week - I am stopping meds today.

You need to have one regular period pass and then you can start on the next cycle. It took me almost 3 weeks to pass naturally since diagnosis. The 2nd time, I had a D&C and 3 weeks later - i am still spotting. So having a D&C didn't necessarily speed things up in my situation.

I would strongly consider misoprostol or a d&C unless you are ok with the fact that it could be over a month. One of my mcs the embryo stopped growing at 6 weeks and I didn't know until 11 weeks when I had an ultrasound.
So sorry for your loss. I would try again as soon as you feel emotionally ready (I have waited 3 periods, 1 period and I didn't wait at all with another mc)

I had natural m/c at 5 1/2 wks. I had bleeding for 1 wk (2 days heavy, the rest very light). AF came 6wks later. I got pregnant the next cycle, w/ a healthy pregnancy.
