Le Mystere is my new favorite brand. Best fit I've found for small frames w/ large breasts.

I like La Mystere too; also Chantal and Wacoal has some new styles that work well. (I'm also petite, but well-endowed, like PP.) If I were you, OP, I'd go to a good lingerie store and tell them what you need. You should be in and out in no time with a bra that will work well for your needs. If you're near Friendship Heights, I recommend Sylene; they have a great selection of bras.

I've purchased bras of all shapes, sizes, fabrics, quality, and expense - I have to say I find the Target brand to be the best!

Another vote for Calvin Klein. I have small boobs (34A) and a lot of bras can give me weird cone-boob under t-shirts. CK's are expensive but perfect.

The BEST T-Shirt bra I found is Natori at Nordstrom (Montgomery Mall). No other T-shirt bra has ever worked for me but this one! I guarantee you will by 10 of them!
