i just got a long rant from co-worker who also lives in Arlington complaining about his comcast 'on-demand' being out for weeks. I also live in Arlington--but thankfully have Verizon now...and very little issues ever.
Unfortunately- he lives in a building only wired for comcast. They were horrible..customer service, everything! |

I live in Gaithersburg and some of the tvs in my house only get on demand if I call and have them "reset" it, then I have to wait 20 minutes for it to "load."

Shit like that, internet going out every other day and the fact that they wanted me to waddle down to the basement and do their tech support for them when I was in my third trimester and had a sprained ankle are why we have FiOS. |
