Why disappointed? Gray claimed he would be more inclusive, bring everyone to the table, etc. We now know that he was strictly referring to friends and family of his supporters.

He sounded incredibly defensive and dodged the question at hand. This guy has zero charisma and is not exactly inspiring as a mayor. Even before he was elected I knew it would be a step backwards.

These recent events confirm my suspicions.

It's pretty rare, even in the realm of politics, that my most cynical fears are confirmed. Starting to look that way with both Gray and Brown.
