Salon in Rockville area to touch up my roots?

I got an American Express gift card and want to use it to touch up my roots earlier than usual (I can't afford to do it every other month, which is what I actually need). My regular salon doesn't take American Express...any recommendations of places I can go for hair color? I have $100 to spend. Thanks!
