what do you eat for breakfast?

I've gotten in the bad habit of having eggs and toast every morning because I can't think of anything else!

Bacon and breakfast potatoes if I'm feeling unhealthy. Otherwise, I just eat leftovers from dinner - rice, spaghetti, chili, mashed potatoes...yes, it's weird.

I make fruit smoothies that are very healthy -- use frozsen fruit (makes a great texture) and no fat frozen yogurt...get all ingredients from TJs and then I blend them the night before and leave it in fridge...make enough to last 2 or 3 days...very yummy and little work

Yogurt, toast and fruit. French toast with bacon. Bacon sandwich. Breakfast sausages. Scrambled eggs, fried eggs, boiled eggs or frittata (sp?). Toasties or cheese on toast. Veg sticks with hummus and hard boiled eggs. Blueberry (or other pancakes). Waffles. Rice pudding. Cold pizza (from night before).

I don't drink milk so I never eat cereal.

mini bagel with peanut butter and honey

You people that have french toast, bacon, eggs, breakfast burrito, etc. How the hell do you have time for all that?? Or do you just get up extra early? Or do you have a live-in cook?

I make large batches of pancakes and then freeze them. When we're in a hurry I just pop them in the microwave for about 30 seconds. If I'm short on time, instead of serving bacon we'll have ham instead. And it only takes a few minutes to fry an egg...

Nonfat Greek yogurt or low-fat cottage cheese with fruit. Cooked breakfasts never happen in my house except on the weekend - even if it only takes a few minutes to cook it, there's prep time, clean up time -- fuggetabout it!
