My older child (now first grade) did kiddie camp a few years ago at Lee District. It was a good option b/c they have a preschool space that they use during the school year, so it is already set up with kid sized tables and dolls/trains/dress up stuff. The college kids who ran it did a good job. They were early elementary school majors. They usually did an art project, story time, outside play, free play, dancing. My daughter had a good time. My son (who will be 5 this summer) will probably do a few weeks of it. From what I remember, there were more 3-4 yr olds in the kiddie camp b/c there aren't many other summer options for that age.

Another option is the cooking camps offered by The Homeroom Annex, located in the Landmark/Lincolnia area. Good stuff.
