last minute date night- where would you go?

We live in Silver Spring, have a car and are adventurous eaters (care more about interesting food than fanciness). Where would you go?

Too late for last night, but I love date night at Guardados in Bethesda (older part, right next to the Wiggle Room and a parking garage that always has spots). Tapas with South American twists - the chef is Salvadorean and was head chef at Jaleo before starting his own restaurant.
Small and cozy, not crazy expensive, and tres leches cake to die for.
