I don't understand the Kate stans arguing that this isn't photoshopped, or acting like she's being attacked.

Let's assume she is actually refusing photos because Wills is back on the adultery train. That's good! That makes her look like an absolute boss. It is absolutely a baller move that we should celebrate.

My hunch is based on the following 1) google pictures of her with the finger bandages, they are from multiple years. clear signs of bulimia. 2) she looked noticeably thinner in Sept-Nov of 2023 vs earlier in the year 3) if you take the car pic with her mom as real, her face appears to have gained weight 4) there is sensitivity with revealing bulimia / eating disorders because of Diana 5) eating disorder treatments take a long time and are consistent with the timeframe originally given

Also no one visited her in the hospital. Not Wills. Not Mom or Dad. Not Pippa. No one.

That was captured purposely as part of PR. Obviously others could have come and gone, coverage could have been embargoed or they could have used other entrances, garage, etc. You really are over-reaching. Are you going to claim she is in a coma next, despite recent photos?

I don’t agree; back when Dlisted around, and I read it as a work break, I became aware through linked stories of two massive, women-run gossip blogs that were more widely read and which had Middleton as their favorite punching bag. It’s a thing, and it’s accelerated since Middleton’s extended family grew.

People are also ashamed to do a #2 in a public restroom so no surprise there would be shame with a colostomy bag. It might not be shameful, but it’s something she doesn’t want to telegraph to the world whatever her role is.

They could have come in another entrance in an unofficial car.

This excuse doesn’t hold water, tbh. The hospital is in a busy part of town and there are tons of cars and people around who could have spotted William. He’s not allowed to go anywhere without 2 protection officers. And my biggest question about that is why would he be bothered by paparazzi photos of him visiting his wife? What’s wrong with caring about your wife? The one time he visited he used the secret back entrance where you have to drive down a narrow alley for a quarter mile to get to a road. Unless he went in the back of an ambulance (which i assume is how Kate left), he didn't visit more than once.

One theory i saw was that William did an internship with MI5/6 to learn how to sneak around. People will make any excuse for the man when the simplest explanation is usually true — he just didn’t go.
