He hired his successor as TD, so maybe he’ll ultimately do the same for GA coaching staff. Is ED a long-term GA coach? I thought he coached pre-GA teams at FCV.

Just looking at results, high school aged GA teams (CC/MJ) seem respectable for first year of a new program but the middle school teams (NE/ED) struggled.

HS aged GA teams haven’t played anyone outside VA, that’s a far stretch from respectable for a first year. Give your answer again in 6 months

Makes sense. But surely parents have a sense at this point for whether the club’s GA program is on the right track.

You when VRSC social media accounts are quiet it means they sucked & hard. But it’s ok, they have a bar and they have incompetents for ‘coaches’. Some have yelling as their strongest (and only) aptitude. What a scam of a club.

Lots of sour grapes on this board. My DD tried out for Revolution, we were impressed by the facility but the price for the team vs the talent at tryouts did not seem like the right fit.

We did not leave the tryout and come running here to bash the club. From what I see they are trying to matter, hired good coach's and stole talent from another club, this all seems like a proper way to grow.

I wish them well, and hope they can compete soon with the other ECNL clubs around with their own college placement...thats what it is all about

I heard there were 30+ D1 Coaches watching at some games and many camp invites at all age groups for the VRSC players. Welcome to the Revolution.
