Eh. Most women are liberal on a few social issues but mostly conservative. Just nod and go along and, before you know it,they'll complain about taxes and want to send your kids to a good school.

Op here. I’m not a big fan of Trump. I will even do fine with a “ middle of the road” type. I am socially liberal in the sense I believe in gay marriage and think illegal immigrants ( non-criminal DACA kids) should be able to stay here. However, I am pro life.

That's most normal people. A lot of asians, latinos and blacks skew that way. It's the white girls who are generally pro-abortion and all that..

So in other words, the "white girls" are NOT "like MOST NORMAL PEOPLE"? WOW.
We all know many people here are into interracial relationships and marriages, but to advise a white man not to date or marry a white woman because white women are not like "Most normal people"? Unbelievable

I'm an economist, and I can name at least five Bank economists who are Republicans. There are probably even more at the IMF.

PP here - Agreed, IMF or in the Wb macro group, but I don’t work on those topics. But still, only 5 out of all the Bank economists you know isn’t a lot out of the hundreds in DC.

Exactly. Of course you can find a few conservative (by American standards) European women, but many don't lean that way. That's why OP is having a hard time finding such women in DC. They exist, but they are a small minority. I'm sure OP would have a similar experience in most blue areas, especially the urban areas. Statistically, educated women tend to be on the liberal side. In liberal areas, even more so.

Find someone smart but not super political.

Super political people are really obnoxious. Life is better with some who had moderate political beliefs and is more focused on faith, family, work, friends.

Harder to find people like this in DC but they (we) exist. More on the outskirts than the heart of the city. Try Olney? Or Springfield, Burke?
