Seems as if you are unhappy in your job. The good news is that with our current economy, business is growing and jobs are increasing.
If you are unhappy, you can certainly look for another job. Maybe find one not owned by a “greedy Republican hedge fund.”

Can't subsidize them forever, even though you would like that to happen.

Intergenerational welfare has to stop.

Then why are you bitching about shoes?

That was ME talking about poor people wasting money on $200 shoes....not the PP you're replying to. Why do liberals always assume they are talking to ONE conservative? Can't you tell the difference in writing style and content? Jeez.

You mean there is more than one f-ing idiot dotard?

You dotards all want to punish people for their sins - being poor, getting pregnant, etc.

The funny thing? People learn and grow through their mistakes. By providing cradle to grave handouts, you are actually keeping people poor and pregnant for generations.

Yes, let's not try to feed and provide health care for the poor kids. Let's make it harder for people to get birth control and let's force teens to have those babies. They will learn and grow a lot from that.

More money in paycheck.

Boris - you need to refine your English grammar and syntax. No Christmas bonus for you!

This. Either the have been fewer trolls lately or they've gotten really good, but "more money in paycheck"? Lol, da!

Boris is on to something that you missed. More money will be in the paycheck because less tax will be withheld. How does it feel to be bested by a Russian bot? Must be as galling as watching the most qualified white girl on the planet lose a presidential election to a reality TV host.

You mean Dotard, who even treasoning with the damn useless Russians earned 3 million fewer votes? Oh my I am bested! By someone who doesn't understand the difference between payroll taxes and income taxes? Oh but I am BESTED!!

I dunno. Boris the bot knows that "treasoning" is not a word and that both reductions in payroll taxes paid by an employee and federal income taxes mean more money in a paycheck

Besting is so easy with those projecting their mental limitations onto others.

Again, terribly galling for your sort. L

It is so sad to see liberals making jokes of anyone who is not like them. Yes, there are a lot of immigrants in US who don't speak good English. Libs are so intolerant.

Jfc, you assholes are so purposely deceitful. You damn well know the poor pay taxes: excise, property, payroll, and sales taxes.

Again, how do you wring blood out of a stone?

Don't give me that poor crap. Close to half the country is not contributing to the revenue base and that's economically unsustainable. Stop pleading poor at every discussion on just how far out of whack the numbers have become.

+ 1 We are now in a spot where half the people are "too poor" to contribute to the federal revenue base and liberals don't see a problem with that? Sorry, but if a poor person can afford to buy a $200 pair of sneakers, he can pay $100 to the government instead and "sacrifice" with a $100 pair.

Oh good grief. Where are you seeing all these poor people purchasing $200 sneakers and why are you so obsessed with them? I don’t know any poor people who pay anywhere close to that for sneakers. I do, in fact, see some poor people wearing nice sneakers. Here’s a newsflash for you - some people are generous and caring and help provide nice shoes for the poor and homeless! There are charities dedicated to this. My father and husband have both given homeless men the shoes off their feet. My daughter gave a homeless child her very nice new teddy bear. I could go on and on.

Also, many poor people are really great at shopping garage sales. I sell all the name brand clothing and shoes that my kids have outgrown at my garage sales every year. The clothes and shoes still look brand new. But these folks are buying them for $1! Maybe $4 or $5 for the nicest shoes.

My point is that just because you saw a poor person wearing something expensive doesn’t give you the right to assume they paid more than they could afford for those items.

I'm sure the Sneaker Grinch hasn't actually SEEN any poor people wearing $200 shoes. He just heard about it on some hate-spewing conservative talk radio show. And then parrots out the hate.

Reminds me of the ultra-liberal CEO of a company I worked for. I devised a new system that saved $25,000 (annually) and they give me a $10 gift card to the Olive Garden. Plenty of cheap bosses to go around.

That said, you can go work for one of the companies that just handed out $1000 bonuses to hundreds of thousands of their rank and file. And there will be more to come.

The $1,000 bonus are PR/thank yous to Congress. There won't be more once the media attention shifts to other topics.

Mortgage interest deduction only caps out for those claiming greater than a $750,000 mortgage. Interest on second/vacation homes will remain deductible, but will also be capped at $750,000.

All others are untouched in this area.

Exactly. That is why it is a bonus rather than a wage increase

Liberals run on jealousy. If they aren't getting the money, they don't want anyone else to have it.

Obama showed why liberal policies don't work when it comes to the economy.

Feeble GDP growth for eight years is a testimony to the utter failure of his policies. To top that we had the national debt double and increase by close to $10 trillion over 8 years.

Or maybe they just don’t like hypocritical republicans who claim they won’t balloon the deficit like libs, but then add a trillion to it.
