Wow. RCP leans right, too.

Holy moly. Look at the state-by-state results. If something doesn't shift, she's going to crush the Republican candidate. Even in a deep red state like SC, Jeb Bush only beats her by 3 points, and Walker just barely ties her. Start planning for 2024, Republicans, because unless she self-implodes, you're looking at another 8 years of Clinton. Let's all just hope those 8 years are as good for the economy as the last Clinton presidency.

And this is exactly what I thought. Y'all think that by electing Hilllary, you get Bill back.

Bill Clinton would be a two-term President serving as first gentleman and close adviser to HRC as POTUS.

Bill is the last President to balance the budget.

Sweet.

Well, that's not what I think. But if I could get Bill back for 8 more years, I'd take that in a heartbeat.

Maybe Bill could be the VP

Looks like there's nothing in the 22nd amendment to prevent Bill to be VP or President if needed.

Section 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.

Section 2. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several states within seven years from the date of its submission to the states by the Congress.

Sorry he can't. A VP must be qualified to become president. Since he has served 2 terms as president he is not qualified. I wish he could though that would be an awsome ticket.

Actually, it's a matter of debate as to whether a 2 term president is eligible or not. The 12th amendment definitely refers to Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 eligibility requirements. It is not clear whether it applies to the 22nd Amendment, because 22nd Amendment only refers to eligibility for election to the post of president. A Vice President would become President by succession, not election.

Maybe the founders overlooked this and really intended to preclude this scenario. In that case, it would be a drafting error, similar to the one over subsidies for the Federal ACA Exchange.

Subsidies were NOT a drafting error. That is current spin. Listen to Gruber.

7:08, did you happen to see the Politico interview with Trey Gowdy where he says he has turned up no evidence at all that Clinton refused to grant extra security or asked security personnel to stand down in BENGHAZI? Do try to keep up.

Turned up no evidence does not mean a thing. Police know this - which is why cold cases are often worked on. Turned up no evidence doesn't mean it's not there, it means it hasn't been found. And given Clinton used a personal server and personal email, is this a surprise?

LOL, PP. I guess you haven't read the interview.

I can't help but wonder why you all never have anything positive to say about any of your super-qualified presidential candidates. We are all waiting to learn about their stellar accomplishments!

Right, Darren Wilson is by your estimation now a "cold case" which should be worked on.
