It wouldn't be strange if you just put all of the AAP kids in the area there. Take the kids from Haycock so it's no longer a center and put then there. It's about 450 students, maybe a little more. |
Don't think this is going to happen. |
Of course not! Why would the school board actually solve the problem when they can just move the kids around like numbers on a spreadsheet? |
| Have you proposed this idea to the school board or are you just hoping they're trolling DCUM? |
We have proposed it. |
| Great idea. I would hope they would keep a local level IV at Haycock. As a base parent, I wouldn't want to be required to go to another schoo for services. A large number of the base kids appear to qualify for level IV services, so shipping them all out would leave the school way under capacity. |
Gross. Who would want their kids going to school in the heart of Pimmit Hills unless they lived there? |
Then they wouldn't need the $15 million renovation. BTW, most of the kids they are shipping out come from schools with no LLIV. I do support LLIV for Haycock if they remove the center. It makes sense. |
Nice. Where do you live that's so fabulous? |
I hope this is sarcasm. Otherwise, you sound like an elitist jerk. |
Guess what? ALL of us feel that way! And yet those of us whose kids have been required to go to Haycock for Level IV are somehow selfish, evil schemers because our kids are there... |
