School, degree, starting salary are wildly variable. I am not sure you even need a high school diploma for ICE.

The entry level job outlook for 2026 grads is getting worse. If new grads don’t have work experience or a networking foundation they are in trouble. Their starting salaries could be $0.00 or whatever Starbucks pays.
