I’m maga and I’m very happy |
And yet all I see (especially here in this liberal echo chamber) the extreme vitiol of the left (and I'm nott MAGA). Look at the posts here since Nov 6 - it's all histrionics and anger frim the Left. |
True. But most of the Maga posters online ae just trolls seeking attention. |
Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm so happy I can hardly contain myself. We were so close to full communism and complete state control full of crazy leftist |
Agree. Dems are very angry here and elsewhere. Most Rs seem chill. Normal people move from cautiously optimistic to a high degree of anxiety throughout the day, often filling both at the same time. |
Perfectly summed and what I am also seeing as someone in the middle. I truly worry about my friends on the left. They seem close to a breakdown. Really need to relax and breathe. |
Final act....this is just the beginning of this dystopian novel. They soon will see what they voted for and then they will deny and blame the dems as usual...deep down knowing what they voted for~which is why they are angry. |
LOL...is that you posting back and forth with yourself. |
Yup they are sore because they know we will not become them. They are just angry people look at the violence of J6. |
it's not a rigged system. Perhaps if the vast majority of the "working poor" and just above working poor tried voting for the party that actually helps them most (and do it consistently) then they might have a better life. But keep voting for the party that simply wants to better themselves and their rich friends, and you won't get helped |

You're pretty unhinged. We were nowhere near communism. |
I’m a dem. I’m not angry. A little disappointed, sure. But I refuse to let myself feel defeated. I felt like that in 2016. Don’t care how we voted, I am not going back to that state of mind—especially when I now know I’ll be impacted the least. I’m not a woman. I don’t have kids. I’m not an illegal. I’m not working class. In fact I’m upper middle class. I’m not trans. I am part of the LBTQ community, but often pass for straight. I do have a domestic partner but we are not married. So no marriage to undo. I am a fed. But I work in the judicial branch where the president has not authority. So schedule F is less likely to affect me. If somehow his influence reaches the judicial branch, it won’t come immediately. And I have 19 months until I’m eligible to retire. I already bought a retirement property outside of the USA that Air BnB. So while I SMH at the election results, I’m not mad. I’m just focused on my household.
And I’m not concerned about Trump using the military against American citizens. I won’t be outside protesting. I didn’t do that last time around. So I won’t be getting caught up in all that. |
