I was mommy's trophy and she made me join Mensa before college. Did I tell you this already? Anyway home test came in at 176, proctored test at 178.
Did not get 1600 SAT, we had bad math education and I never saw an integral sign until college. Underachiever. No real passion for anything. Burned out trying to make up for bad math HS education while taking MIT classes. DH probably lower but has passion for economics. Not burned out. |

| Not from the US and it's not a thing where I am from. I always thought my IQ was very low as I cannot do Math. I had to work so hard to even try to keep up and compensate. Now I think I might just have dyscalculia which wasn't known as a thing back then. I'd like to find out some day out of curiosity. |

| Tested at 146, 150 and 146 again, all before finishing HS. I don’t think my mind is that nimble anymore. Both my kids have tested at 125-130. |

It's just kind of annoying to say a tv character has an IQ of 160 given how unlikely it is. I believe Einstein's is estimated at 150 - to 160. An IQ of 160 is top .003 %.
I have been tested twice, once on a WISC, and once on WAIS, and they were both around 140. I don't remember exactly, but I think one of them was 142 and one was 145. I'm obviously smart as hell when it comes to some things, and downright slow with other things. But I'm good at the kind of stuff that the WAIS tests. |

My IQ is top 1%. I didn't get 798 in chemistry because I didn't get anything in chemistry. I never took it, not even in high school, and would have failed anyway because I didn't make it past 10th grade geometry which I got a D in. Which matters, right? You need math to do chem right? Hell, I don't know. I am good at other things, though. |
