Have you heard the story of the Korean comfort women during WW2? Women absolutely can survive that, although it’s often totally possible to die from the internal bleeding. That part of the story was almost certainly true but the rest of it was all a lie.

I hate to add this, but those deaths are mostly because objects are used. Those victims aren’t just being raped in a traditional sense.
