Agreed that a nose job makes a huge difference, but overall she was always attractive and additional changes minimal, more like a maintenance. Her haircut is better (on already gorgeous hair), her make up also; she's probably hiring all new people to do this.

She no longer looks ethnic. Why would that kind of change be viewed as preferable?
