Walls has law school students come to teach the adjunct classes. It’s through a program with the local universities (I think Georgetown). It’s a DCPS wide program. I think they co teach and don’t teach a full load.

That is just the street law class. Teaching HS physics is a huge amount of work. Contrary to what many people think, teaching is an underpaid profession because it is an extremely demanding and stressful job. No way, college students will take it on and actually put in the time needed to teach effectively for the pittance they will get paid. Street law is a fun elective with mock trials, etc., which helps law students put interesting community service on their resume

Of course you don’t think teaching is difficult. Then be ok with the sub since it’s so easy.

It is October - has the teacher arrived yet?

They are now through with 25% of the period. (24 of 180 dats)
What % of the content have they been taught?

This response is unnecessarily defensive. You are misreading comments as if they are attacking you. I said I agreed with you. And who said I’m not a teacher?

Untrue. AP has been taught 2 of the 9 Units need for AP Physics exam - they have two advisories to cover this. .
Honors has been taught two units as well.
