About double.

So my kid's EDP team practices 3 days a week and have an "optional" performance training day...plus they have a game on the weekend. ECNL doubles that? Isn't three practices and a game very normal. The 4th day is hit or miss. I'm not sure how ECNL is double. Maybe double rec teams times commitment.

Parent of 2 players - ECNL player and ECNL-R player. For comparison my ECNL-R player practices 2x week plus a weekend game.

ECNL player practices 4x week plus outside strength training plus weekend games. Sometimes weekend games are in NC/SC and there are two games in a weekend.

Our ECNL-R team has 3 practices per week and less travel than ECNL on weekends. Just did Richmond, all other games are in the DMV. No Carolinas thankfully. It is less of a time commitment, especially when balancing high school and HS soccer.
