Awesome having to explain to a 9 year old why parents are all out fighting at an 8 year old soccer game. What is wrong with us as parents?

My kid lost by a lot at U9. Different tournament. It did not cross my mind to go fight the other parents. Who cares that much at that age.

I could understand why a fight would have happened based on the way one of the U9 boys teams was playing all tourney. I wasn’t there for the fight but I would have just pulled my son from the game rather than get into a fist fight with another parent.

Not to cold but stop sheltering your 9yrold from the real world just use it as a teaching moment . I hate to tell your kid but yes adults do fist fight more than you think.

When you put ECNL in a low level tournament. Ego strokes.

There were no ECNL teams at Herndon tournament.

I guess they are chronologically adults but mature reasonable adults are not having fistfights at kid soccer games. Overgrown children. If you can't control your behavior, please just stay home until you grow up.
