Seems like you should become a matchmaker

If everyone on Mafs was a good match the show would be boring

My friend was on it recently. I really think she was mismatched. I also thought the guy didn’t give her enough chance but he tried to come off as a nice guy

Was your friend the one that played League of Legends and the man tried to mansplain the game to her?

I don't think that they'll never find love. They're just too nervous to say that they didn't find the other person attractive.

Yeah, this is it. Much better to not continue going out with someone you're not sexually attracted to, it is a huge waste of time.

Sometimes the chemistry develops on the second or third date. Sometimes friends don’t fall in love until years after they first met.

PP in bold, you're right , but don't bother here. DCUM believes there must be blazing hot sexual attraction, or at the very minimum flirty promises of possibly heading to bed no later than date number three, in order for a relationship ever to go beyond the first date. DCUM also believes that the instant there is any lull in couple's sex life, it's time for a "hall pass" or "open marriage" or divorce. Either way, many posters here don't have the time for actually getting to know a person rather than a body, or committing to a human being rather than a set of genitals. Cynical of me? Sure, but I've seen it enough on this site that I could have predicted any thread about dating would leap quickly to "If there isn't sexual attraction after a single, two-hour date, dump and move on immediately. No need to find out any more about this person if you're not instantly horny for 'em!"

There was one a few years ago that was kind of cool. Man on Date Lab and the woman he met didn't continue, but another woman looked him up as she was interested and they wound up getting married.

It’s fun fluff.

Amazing how rarely it results in a second or third date.

This generation is a hot mess; I blame social media and phones.

Why is it so hard for you to accept that sexual attraction doesn't develop for some people if it's not there to start with? Why does it upset you so that some people don't want to go on 2,3,4 dates to absolutely convincing themselves they aren't attracted to someone when they know that from day 1? Why are you so angered that some people know their own mind and don't second guess themselves the way you do?
